PTAB Bar Association’s Women at the PTAB Report Released

PTAB Bar Association presents Women at the PTAB

On the heels of its Top 50 Women in PTAB Trials list, the PTAB Bar Association has released its inaugural report on Women at the PTAB. Prepared by the Association’s Women’s Committee, the Report is the culmination of a two-year-long focus on women in trial practice before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office’s Patent Trial & Appeal Board. The report details statistics for female practitioners appearing in PTAB trials, including statistics for law firms and companies participating in PTAB proceedings. The study also presents several challenges and suggested next steps for law firms and companies to increase gender diversity in the PTAB practice. The Report is available on the Association’s website and is based on information graciously provided by DocketAlarm.
