Mark your calendar to join us for the PTAB Bar Association 2024 Annual Conference which will be held in person on March 6-8, 2024, at the Ritz-Carlton in Washington, D.C. We will also offer all sessions live-streamed as a virtual component for those who are under a travel ban or would prefer to participate virtually.
Wednesday, March 6th will be APJ Day, featuring sessions led by the Patent Trial Appeal Board (PTAB) APJs including: a bootcamp for appeals to the PTAB, a question-and-answer session with responses to the most frequently asked questions, and a game show session testing participants’ knowledge of PTAB practice.
The Conference will also include dynamic discussions of real-parties-in -interest, diversity, equity, and inclusion in the PTAB practice, ethics issues in artificial intelligence, a debate on obviousness with prominent academicians, and a session offering insights from the District Court bench. Networking opportunities with practitioners, in-house counsel, and PTAB judges will be offered throughout the Conference.
