PTAB Bar Association Publishes Latest Issue of Its Law Journal Devoted to the Patent Trial and Appeal Board

The PTAB Bar Association is pleased to announce the web publication of the Seventh Issue of the PTAB Bar Association Law Journal. A collaboration with the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property, the Journal publishes articles analyzing practice at the PTAB, authored by PTAB Bar Association members. The articles published in the latest issue of the PTAB Bar Association Law Journal are available here, while previous issues are also available by clicking the "Law Journal" tab, above. In addition, each issue can be found at the Chicago-Kent Journal of Intellectual Property’s website (available here).

The PTAB Bar Association was formed to bring together legal professionals in law firms, government, and academia to increase the quality, professionalism, and sophistication of PTAB practice and to explore improvements to the post-grant proceedings created by the America Invents Act. The Journal does so by publishing timely articles on important aspects of Patent Trial and Appeal Board practice, including the interplay of PTAB proceedings and district court litigation.

The Journal generally publishes two issues per year. If interested in contributing, either as an author or as an editor, please e-mail us at journal@ptabbar.org.
